Support and Care
Ever since the ACUARIO HOSPITAL was founded, we have concentrated on making our residents the focus of our work. We have gained the trust of our patients thanks to the combination of competence and compassion that we offer. If you feel good, we’ve got it right! We plan for bad days and do our utmost to make sure that the good days return. You retain your independence and your own apartment whilst being able to take advantage of the help and services offered, if and when you require them. Obviously, you are welcome to discuss the required level of nursing care with our senior care service. Together, we’ll find out exactly what you want and make plans as appropriate. Get what you want out of each day and make the most of the opportunity to live safely, freely, and independently. The care provided by a registered, on-site nurse serves as a link between the ACUARIO HOSPITAL and our residents. The main services provided in ACUARIO SENIOR APARTMENTS are covered by a low monthly fee. In addition, our service staff can undertake additional services as required – from home help to providing nursing staff.
The monthly resident’s fee of 162 euros (+ I.V.A.) includes the following services:
- Senior care service in your native language, Mondays to Fridays
- Emergency doctor visits to your apartment, 24 hours a day
- Permanent, 24/7 surveillance service for the apartments
- Emergency alarms in case of illness or accidents – notification is sent
- to the medical team at the ACUARIO HOSPITAL
- Reminders for appointments, including doctor’s appointments
- Alarm calls in case of theft or break-in
- Reception of automatic alarm signals such as presence detectors and
- smoke detectors
- Nutritional advice
- Emptying the post box and caring for plants during your absence
- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- Enclosed complex with controlled night-time access and a night watchman
- Laundrette (with dryers)
- Technical service for small repair jobs
- Help in dealing with the authorities
